How do we help you?
- Initial qualification and estimation of a project are the first steps completed by JMCS to ensure that your project will qualify for the lighting & control standards required by Oncor's Basic Commercial Standard Offer Program.
- Should any items disqualify a project from eligibility, your JMCS consultant will discuss options to consider to qualify the project.
- Once qualified and contracted, an estimate will be provided and JCMS will begin the process of filing on your project's behalf
- Once the installation is completed, an on-site lighting post-inspection will be scheduled by your JMCS representative and the Oncor BCSOP inspector.
- Upon passing inspection, the estimate is finalized and payment is secured on the project.

- How do I know if my project is eligible?

- Is an initial sit-down meeting required?
While it is preferred, it is not required. JMCS has a checklist of information that can be sent to complete an initial estimate.
- What types of projects are most common?
Includes but is not limited to - Distribution Centers, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Shells/TIs.
- What are the fees associated with the filing process?
Consulting Estimate and Filing fees will apply. Please contact us for more information regarding your specific project scope.
